Artishon Sturdivent is a dynamic professional hailing from Chester, PA, shaped by the indomitable influence of her hardworking grandmother. A graduate of Empire Beauty School, she earned her cosmetology license in April 2022.

Having athletic experience in track, particularly excelling in hurdles, and later pursuing modeling, reflect Artishon's diverse interests. In her journey, she transitioned from an entry-level position to a Branch Manager within 13 months, showcasing her mastery in effective communication, public speaking, and time management.

Artishon's short-term goal is to lead a thriving branch office, focusing on coaching her team in personal and character development. Long-term, she aspires to operate multiple successful businesses, become a national consultant, and break generational curses within her family.

Beyond her professional success, Artishon manages two businesses, DARE2FLEX clothing brand, and a presence in the hair industry. She is driven by a passion for community service, initiating a nonprofit foundation that will support single mothers.

Motivated by her daughter Riley, whom she had at 16, Artishon is committed to providing her with the world. Known for her fierce aura, striking outfits, and stunning hairstyles, she brings a unique and dynamic presence to her professional image, embodying the essence of self-driven entrepreneurship.

Jeannette Rodriguez is a Top Account Manager here at Resilient. She’s originally from NYC, moved to Philadelphia, PA & recently expanded to Atlanta, GA. Jeannette draws inspiration from her father's strong work ethic in providing for her & her sisters. A dedicated professional, she holds certifications in CNA and Medical Coding, complemented by a remarkable 15-year background in Boxing and Karate. Jeannette, a mother and role model, has found personal growth within her current role, striving to equip others with essential skills.

Her short-term goal involves leveraging a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to impact as many lives as possible. Looking ahead, Jeannette aspires to become a national consultant, empowering individuals to help others. Outside her professional realm, she loves cooking and harbors plans to open a tattoo shop.

With several months in the business, Jeannette's journey stems from the need for growth and opportunity, transitioning from grueling 20-hour days in nursing homes. What excites her about this business is the assurance that her hard work will manifest in lifelong success.

Jahmir Wade is a Top Account Manager here at Resilient! Originally from Philadelphia, PA and has recently expanded to Atlanta, GA. He’s dedicated & professional known for his consistent and reliable work ethic. Jahmir draws inspiration from his influential mother who embodies resilience. Jahmir's passion for sports, particularly football and track, is evident in his commitment to achieving significant milestones, such as a gold medal winner in the 2019 USATF in NY.

Motivated by his family, he works extremely hard to make them proud in every way possible. Jahmir has made his mark within the company by coming in with a positive attitude, having a student mentality and being consistent. In the short term, he aspires to reach the position of assistant manager, contributing to the company's expansion. Jahmir's long-term goals include becoming a leader in banking and finance, fostering growth and innovation.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Jahmir showcases his creative side through photography. A fun fact about him is he started taking pictures at 15 years old being self taught. Known for his ability to motivate himself and others, Jahmir has a knack for uplifting and motivating others around him.

Shamir Dillard is a Top Account Manager here at Resilient. Originally from Philadelphia, PA and has recently expanded to Atlanta, GA. He’s a driven professional & hails from a background shaped by the resilience and influence of his single mother, who instilled values that molded him into the person he is today. Having played tennis for 11 years, Shamir is a dynamic individual who excelled academically, at Temple University.

In his 7 months in the business, Shamir's dedication has propelled him to the position as an Account Manager. Notably, he aspires to achieve Assistant Manager qualifications within the first 2 months of expansion. Looking ahead, Shamir envisions owning a Clothing Brand/Marketing and Promotions Firm.

Beyond professional success, Shamir finds joy in assisting others in reaching their goals. Known for his ability to bring energy and create a sense of security, he thrives on the personal and professional growth this business offers. Zena Soliman is our Top Account Manager here at Resilient who is a determined professional originally from Jersey City, NJ, moved to Philadelphia, PA in 2020 and has recently moved to Atlanta, GA. She’s a graduate of Hoboken Charter High School who excelled in sports, captaining the volleyball and softball teams for four years. Zena's journey in management spans two years, with a focus on financial goals and a commitment to her family.

Short-term, she aims to excel in her current role, while her long-term goals include striving in our management training program, securing her family's financial future & intending to retire her mom. Zena's passion extends beyond her career, as evidenced by her involvement in philanthropy, particularly supporting programs for young adults.

What sets Zena apart professionally is her ability to navigate challenges with resilience and balance. Despite the demanding nature of her work, she remains a positive force, known for her knack in managing complexities and bringing a blessing to those she works with. Zena's motivation stems from her childhood experiences and a deep appreciation for her mother's unwavering presence.

She’s a Philadelphia, PA native with roots in Guyana and is a dynamic professional known for her vibrant spirit and dedication to personal development. She honed her skills at the Community College of Philadelphia, majoring in Architecture. Amirah has previous experience with cheerleading in highschool and college.

In her career, she has embraced a strong work ethic and has been able to learn more than she has ever. Her short-term goals revolve around continuous self-improvement, aiming to enhance her skills every day. Looking ahead, Amirah aspires to run her own office and become a successful real estate agent.

Beyond her professional journey, Amirah is an avid reader, finding joy in the world of books. She attributes her motivation to her family, always aiming to be the best version of herself. Known for infusing fun into the workplace by creating a positive and enjoyable work environment & thrives on creating a light and enjoyable atmosphere.

Her unique path into the business world started as she balanced work and school, participating in a Training Program that fueled her growth. Amirah is excited about the endless possibilities in the business and is motivated by the prospect of building her own office.

Daverly Narcisse is a top Account Manager here at Resilient. She’s a resilient individual, originally from Haiti, found her way to Philadelphia, where she has called it home since. A proud alumna of East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Business and a minor in marketing, Daverly's athletic journey includes soccer and softball in high school, followed by dance team and cheerleading in college.

In her professional journey, Daverly achieved success in mastering public speaking and time management, leading her team to #2 in the nation for our most popular client. Short-term goals include mastering critical conversations, while long-term aspirations involve becoming a successful branch owner with multiple external ventures.

Beyond her career, Daverly is a polyglot, fluent in four languages, and a dedicated movie fanatic. Graduating with honors, her journey into business was driven by a desire to operate her own enterprise, fueled by a passion for learning and application.

What excites Daverly about the business is the opportunity to jump start her career and the ability to continuously learn. Motivated by family, especially her little sister, she is known professionally for her divine work ethic and adaptability.
